This class will rebuild your body from the ground up. The goal is to create a strong foundation and reshape the way you move. You will learn the basics of Olympic Weightlifting, Gymnastics and Mono-structural (Heart Rate) Training. You will increase your stamina, burn fat and increase strength all while learning new and exciting movements.

We use the latest in muscle activation, active release techniques and functional movements to help make your body become a fat burning machine!

Each time you leave a fundamentals course your body’s limits will be higher then before and you will be able achieve goals you did not think were possible!

CrossFit Endurance


5:30am, 6:30am, and 9am

4:30pm, 5:45pm and 7:00pm

If you are working on that first couch to 5k or looking to take set a personal best in your next marathon this class the class for you!

This will build up your cardiovascular endurance using multiple interval training, heart rate training techniques and gymnastics movements to increase cardiac capacity for competitions lasting longer than 30 minutes.

CrossFit Boot Camp


5:30 am, 6:30 am, and 9:00 am

4:30 pm, 5:30 pm, and 6:30 pm

This class is geared specifically to optimize calorie burn and increase your cardiovascular capacity and stamina, and build upper and lower body strength.

We have combined gymnastics and mono-structural exercises to melt the fat away by burning close to 600-800 calories per class! The focus during this class is to sustain a heart rate of about 70-80% of max HR to help build longer duration stamina and activate the fat burning metabolic cycle.

Open Gym

Thursday (Sign-in required)

7:30am thru 9:00am

During open gym members have a choice to either complete the prescribed work out or work on things they have weaknesses on to build a stronger all around fitness level. Open gym is a time to work on the things you wouldn’t normally work on during class.

Ignite O.C.T. (Obstacle Course Training)


8:30 am and 9:30 am

Ignite O.C.T. is a class that will teach you the fundamentals of obstacle course racing. This class will push your limits physically and mentally while training your body to be able to work through a long obstacle course with ease.

Training strength, endurance and technical aspects of the obstacle course and obstacles themselves will help you become a lean mean obstacle course crushing machine!
